"My first impression of Dr. Brown is that he had a dry sense of humor which I loved. I found him to be very knowledgeable and approachable. I had my RNY surgery 1/11/10. Dr Brown did a fine job. I have had good interactions with his staff. There is nothing I liked least about Dr. Brown. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brown to others. I had a friend who had Dr. Brown do her surgery 11/17/09 and she had lots of complications and I had my pouch well shut after surgery, but every PATIENT is different and I don't think those things were a reflection on Dr. Brown. I have an aftercare appt with Dr. Brown next week, then I go back to Kaiser. He did STRONGLY recommend following up with all the after care and attending support groups. I would rate Dr. Brown as excellent. I loved Dr. Brown. "
