Janet, you sound like me. Have lost the same 5 pounds now for 3 months. I have lost 136 pounds so far and would like to lose at least 20 more, but... I guess if I am done here I will be happy.

Peggy, Oh my goodness!!! Thank God for you cat and his persistance!! Aren't our animals just the best??? Glad to hear you are on the mend and doing better. We all need to take a lesson from this and not brush things off when we are feeling badly, because you never know what it is.

Has anyone hit a stall? I have been going up and down with 5 lbs. for over 2 months now.
I have lost 150 lb. which I am thrilled about. I have about 30 lb. to go for my goal weight. Maybe I am just over anxious.
Any suggestions! My husband has banned me from the scales.

I have a addiction now
workout
I have so much energy , I can't stay sit in the house. Im going to the gym every day, I walk and now this .
I am doing the Biggest Loser workout and is fantastic. If you don't have time to go to the gym this would be perfect for you. They have warm-up, low intensity cardio, high intensity, strenght & sculpt, boot camp ( I love it) and cool down.
The best part is that you can choose and customize your workout.
I hope all of you join me in my addiction problem
