I'm baaacckkkkkkkk!
How is everyone doing today? I'm alright... can't complain. Thanks to you that are being accountable with me everyday. I did good on my first day of WW yesterday. Late last night, I wanted to much like crazy but I was good. I had SF jello, a slice of cheese and drink lots of Crystal lite.
I'm a little freaked out at this WW thing because I'm eating more carbs than I usually do but I'm sticking with their program and see what the scale says Wed.
It's time to be accountable again. Join in!
B~ 1 egg scrambled with 2 peices of ham
S~ NSA Yogart & bananna
L~ Small salad.. Ham, cheese, red onions, raw broccoli with lite italian & SF pudding
S~ 1 Cup of Helathy choice veggie soup .. zero WW points. LOL
D~ Smart Ones frozen dinner & collard greens
S~ Protein shake
That's it for me! Who's Next?

Just when I think my life and my stars may finally be getting into 'alignment' - I am reminded - that is not the case
.
I was 'terminated' from my job............the college is going in a different direction and I was not part of that direction. My husband is on disability because of his leukemia and so I am the sole bread-winner for my family. I know that everything happens for a reason - ut at the moment, I'm not sure exactly what the reason might be.
Luckily, I can't eat as much as I used to be able to - with this stress I would be bigger than a house..........

Ok today was a little better for me...here goes
B- coffee
S- pork roast, about 1/2 cup
L- more pork roast
D- pork roast in gravy, mashed taters, and green peas
had about 80 oz fluids today, put in carpet in my family room.....does that count for exercise? lol

Hi Ladies, I am still playing and here is my menu:
B~Protein shake
L~ 2/3 of a bean and cheese buritto.
D~1/2 of a meatball and a few forks of angel hair spaghetti
S~pretzels. (too many)
All meds some water and a diet iced tea.
No gym today but I did plunge my basement and that was quite a work out!

I've done horribly today.. so hungry and the cake was just a bad idea. I feel like Im going to puke. What a dumb ass!
All in all I logged 800 cals today (I WILL NOT EAT ANY MORE TONIGHT!) and burned almost 500 cals (did cardio and weights)... should see a wt loss tomorrow, at least I better!!!
