Hiya Ladies
Come be accountable with me!! I ate junk, junk and more junk this weekend at the beach and the scale told on me!! You would think I'd do better today but I didn't.
Breakfast: Nothing
Snack: Big handful of RF cheeseitz ( why do i buy these)
Lunch: Baked chicken leg, steamed cabbage, brown rice
Snack: 1 orange and 1 CC cookie
Dinner: Baked chicken thigh, Slice of ham and steamed cabbage
Snack: NSA yogart

Topic: Monday Evening Weigh In
I don't see this posted so I'll do it. I went out of town this weekend and ate whatever I wanted and the scale showed it!
Highest weight~ 450
Lowest weight~ 182
Last week~ 190
Today~ 192
When I get paid next week, I AM JOINING WEIGH****CHERS. I just need some structure in my eating and maybe weighing in once a week will keep me on track.

Topic: Jealous
I'm incredibly jealous. I don't know why I'm feeling this way... but for anyone to tell me how close they are to goal or Onederland I totally get this pang of jealousy.
I've always been so happy for everyone, but lately I've been cold to them. It is worse when the person who is so close hasn't done anything within their doctor's suggestions, is eating the crappy stuff and drinking whatever they want. I'm jealous cuz they're so close and here I am struggling to stay under a weight when all I want to do is see the number one in front of two other numbers.
I don't really have anyone to turn to... I feel like I have to be some kind of tutor or inspiration at my support group. I don't mind being there for the newbies, but who do I go to for me, ya know?

I tried hard to get here this past week, but we had a surprise 6-day visit from family from Florida, and I very rarely got online except to work. Here's my plan for the day, we'll see how well it goes!
B - Oatmeal
S - Protein Shake (Lean Dessert Banana Cream)
L - Chicken Salad
D - Baked chicken and freshh corn on the cob
S - Pork rinds
I really upped my water intake this past week and my wonderful husband and I exercise nearly every day. I'll weigh in on Monday. Yall have a good one!
