-tortilla chips, fresh salsa
-salad w/cuke slices, cheese, shredded chicken, RF italian drsg, croutons
-tilapia, salad w/creamy italian dressing
-1 tbsp. RF peanut butter, 2 tbsp. low sugar jelly, 1 slice Weigh****chers jelly, SF pudding

Well nobody posted yesterday but I'm doing this for my sake. I like to see it all written down. It helps me. So, if you wanna be accoutable, come share. If not, enjoy reading mine! LOL
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg and 3 big strawberries
Snack: NSA yogart
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Paninni
Snack: 1/2 a bananna and 1 tbsp. of PB
Dinner: Grilled bbq boneless pork chop, Baked beans, grilled asparagus and few bites of macaronni salad.
Snack: Chocolate calorie countdown milk w/ a scoop of protein in it.

Why oh why does the scale move when I'm working out so much? I haven't had time to work out like I did and down the scale went!

How is everyone doing? I'm doing good! The weekend went by way too fast but mine was good. I hope everyone had a good weekend.
Time to be accountable so come share your menu..
Breakfast: Italian turkey sausage link.
Snack: NSA yogart
Lunch: Tuna salad on 1 slice of wheat toast & few watermelon chunks.
Snack: Mango protein smoothie from smoothie king
Snack: Handful of friends bbq potato chips
Dinner: Steak w/ grilled onions & broccoli n cheese
Snack: NSA yogart and SF chocolate pudding if my sweet tooth kicks in.

Today~ 190
I wi**** would go down but it's stable so I cant complain! I eat horrible on the weekends and I'm sure that's why I'm not loosing!

Pretty good week for me. Would have been MUCH better had I kept at it this weekend. Grr!
Last week: 173 lbs (!!!)
Today: 168
I WAS down to 167. Ah well! I will continue to do well this week. 6 lbs until I get back to my lowest...8 lbs until goal.

this week 161 lbs.
I have been going to the gym regularly but missed sat and sun because I was in Toronto for the Yankees game. I am seeing a difference in my clothes but not the scales. I will get there I know it!
