V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.

I also would like a BMI counter on it.
Are you listening OH...?
Cool! The only thing I don't like about the OH tickers is, it doesn't show how much lost.
1)Get losing the 4-8 pounds in July!
2)Get out of the 20 tops and LB size 2 bottoms.(will take more than the 4-8 pounds though
3)Do at least 2 hours of activities a day at least 5 days a week.
46 pounds since surgery is great. It is even more of a SV as you lost so much pre surgery! I hear ya on the elephant legs. I never would of though of that but, you are right on.
The size thing drives me nuts. I was wearing 26/ 28 depending on cut and material. Some that size were to small. When I started losing I pulled out old cloths and some 24 were to small and some 22/24's fits.
Good luck with the Son's wedding!
My Goals...
1) GET OUTTA THIS STALL & LOSE ANOTHER 5-10 LBS THIS MONTH!!
2) STRESS LESS....I think this is slowing down my progress, and causing my ulcers.
3) get back in check with my protein and log all my intake!
I KNOW YOU GUYS CAN DO IT!! LETS KEEP LOSING!
july is a new month! we need to have success stories...lets get to working on some new wow moments....
I've got another wedding (another son 7/11... and then I'm going to get serious about exercise... I haven't went to any support groups @ the center where I had my surgery... they're on Mondays... once a month... and I work 12-14 hours on Mondays.. it's my long day.
