Okay Maysters, we are all somewhere between the 8 and 9 month mark. It is time to do a cumulative weight loss for anyone who is checking in on this board. If you have lost 30 pounds, 80 pounds, 100 pounds, or more, just add your total and type the NEW CUMULATIVE TOTAL at the bottom of your post. The next person adds their weight in and let's see just how effective this process really is.
Don't be shy...the next bragging board like this will be the one year mark....so mark your calendar for sometime in the middle of May....dang big virtual party right here.
Countdown....
Ready?
Set?
Go.
Total lost: 141
NEW CUMULATIVE TOTAL: 141

Liz,
If you are doing most everything right, don't worry too much. You cannot really gain on 1000 calories per day. It will start coming off again; it's just your body being a bit stubborn. It is all in the numbers and we do grow a bit impatient since the big numbers that were falling off in the old days are no longer able to be found. Just stay on course and you will do well. In a week or two you will be doing the "weight loss jig".
