Okay Donna,
It is the race for Onderland. We are both heading there and need to keep focused. I have to admit that I have a closet full of clothes. I almost am getting as bad as Christine in that department. However, at a couple of dollars here and a couple there, it is a simple joy that I can't resist. I'm a loyal Goodwill customer. I like letting the previous person pay the big price and then I scoop it up for 1/5 or 1/10 of the original cost. When I get down to my goal, I may actually go out and buy a few new things, just to see how it feels again.
You have done so well, just keep it up....here's to our "supportive Donna".

Cyndi,
It seems like you and your scale need to have a little talk. You tell her that she is to give you good news no matter what. Maybe you need to threaten her that if she doesn't give you good news that she may end up in the scrap metal heap at the local dump. That should be enough to scare that scale into giving you an extra pound here and there.
If you are losing inches, then you are due for a good loss in the next week or two. Whenever that happens to me that the inches are going down, the weight is sure to follow. Just stay with the plan and you will have great results.

Sweet little Esther,
You are doing great too. You are so steady with those losses. You always check in with us faithfully and it always seems like you have good news. Keep up the great job my little friend.

Courtney,
You are doing just great. I wouldn't be too discouraged if I were you. You have lost 143 pounds...that is just too awesome. Just keep doing what you know works and it will be fine. I agree that you may need to boost up the calorie intake a day here and a day there to keep your body guessing. Your body has no choice but to give up the pounds. It's all about the calorie intake. You are destined for a good loss this week. Even a 2 pound loss at this point in the game is great.
Keep up the great job.

Good post, John. I have been wondering about him too. I check his profile once in a while, but nothing new. He's simply MIA!!
Topic: RE: Cruise to lose, anyone???
Thanks for the info Courtney. I sent the link to my husband. As usual we're not speaking. lol I'm sure he'd LOVE to get rid of me for a week. If anyone else finds out they definitely can, let me know. I know he wouldn't go....probably for fear we'd want to throw the other overboard. LOL

Wow John you are doing awesome!!!
Finally the scale moved. Now if it can just move again by Friday. I want to be 208 by friday that is our 11th wedding anniversary and I was 208 the day we got married.
so Highest 325lbs
surgery day 318lbs
Last week 212lbs
this week 210lbs
Oh Onderland is getting so close I just can not wait!!! Tomorrow is my 8 month surgiversary! Wow what a ride!!!
Oh, and the visit home was great. Family could not get over the "shrinking" me. They jsut kept commenting, hugging me (cause their arms go all the way around) and pulling up my pants LOL! I am making myself wait until Onderland to go shopping again. If that is not enough incentive to get me moving!!

John,
My scale an I are not on speaking terms right now - seems that I'm in another stall. I'm waiting until Sunday which is the day after my next "surgiversary".
Good news is that I appear to still be losing inchese (size); I fit into a size 12 skirt the other day - I don't think I've ever worn a size 12 (well, maybe when I was 10....)

I would absolutely love to go, but it's not in the budget. Being out of work and going back to school is a strain for us. Hopefully in the future I can go. My hubby has not interest in going on a cruise, so it would be perfect to go with the May family.
Hope you have a fabulous time!!
