Topic: What did you eat Wed/What do you plan ot eat today?
I did much better yesterday. It was my support group meeting and I made abatch of smoothies ot share and also the recipe. They loved it. we all brought our faovorite proteina dn bars in to sample.
but as for my food........I had a smoothie for breakfast, couple piecs sliced turkery adn a string cheese, protien bullet, drank lots of water, snack was a 100cal pack natural almonds, small steamed vaggies, and on the way home I picked up a potato with smked turkey of which I ate about two bites of potatoe and about 1/4 cup smoked turkey. (so I have about 5 more meals inthat potato LOL just not worth it for me to order out)
WLSurgeon and Nut had me ont 100-120 grams of protein starteing 2 weeks before to weeks after surgery. I did not make it yesterday but I was two weeks yesterday so i plan to taper that off now.
I plan to try to do better with eating today.

You know it!!! I was too heavy/not cute enough to be a cheerleader in high school. I'd rather be a cheerleader here anyway.
I had a heck of a time getting to 199 after the three-week stall between 200-201. Then, once I was there, the scale FLEW until I hit 155.2 right before Christmas. I never thought it would move. LOL No matter how much I drank, how much protein I got in, no matter how much I exercised.....always 155.2. I even changed the darned batteries in the scale. But, one dumping episode and it moved....and flew again. lol Now we'll see how long it takes to lose this one crummy pound. Though two pounds would be nice. I don't think I've EVER seen 14* on a scale. LOL

I lost another pound since Sunday Weigh In, but the surprise is my BMI. I am no longer obese, but overweight...plain old overweight!! I can hardly believe it.
Weight = 174 BMI = 29.9

I just tried something new.....Special K Protein Drin****d Tea....it now comes in the little packages you can throw in your purse....5 grams of protein and it tastes good.....that will be better than my diet coke.......
