Well if you take away he poptarts and diet coke.....it is not so bad. I should talk I munched on soem chips last night while watchign TV.....not good

Holly, Holly, Holly.....Pop Tarts and Diet Coke???? lol Woman!!!! Switch that Diet Coke out for something yummier. I've had one good thing happen. My pouch just will not take anything after 9:30 p.m. I was a little grumbly last night and got a sugar free Atkins cookie from the batch I made. My pouch was not happy from the first bite. So, I tossed it in the tra**** was much happier with the sugar free orangeade it loves so much. lol My new fridge came yesterday! Now I can back on track. lol * Cyndi *

Esther...I just wanted you to know that I am fighting with the same numbers as you are....and 169 in my next dream also!!! I will no longer be OBESE!!!!! Was 174 but now am at 175...yesterday was not a good food day, but today WILL be!!!! Hang in there and we will see 169 together....since Cyndi flew by it!!!!! I am so jealous Cyndi!!!!! But I know that you are behind Esther and I pushing us right along!!!! Love,Holly

Well today was not a good day for me... Protein shake 2 pop tarts...through the course of the day..( been craving them like crazy)...but that is out of my system now!!! 2 protein balls 2 cups of hot tea 24 oz of water 24 oz of iced tea 1 diet caffeine free coke sald with lobster, carrots, tomatoes, cheese, and real dressing slice of cheese before bed really slacked on my water....but got four miles in on treadmill.....and no chocolate!!!!! Like I said no wonderful by any means....but here is to a new day!!!!! Love, Holly

Thanks Cyndi, I know that our bodies have to adjust to the weight loss and wearing smaller clothes is the best ever so I know I have done great but I am just irritated because I went on a candy frenzy last week and that is why I gained and it's all my fault. I am just glad that I have you to spill my guts out and to have someone who understands. I am back on track this week and sticking to good food a lots of protein and hopefully I will see the scale smiling again next week. When I hit 168, you will be the first to know. I am pretty close to goal so 168 will be perfect for me. Thanks you so much again for helping me through the hard times. Luckily there have been more great times then hard times and I would do it again in a heart beat. Hugs, Esther

Julia! Glad to see ya again! You're doing so good. I feel like I am such a s-l-o-w loser compared to most, but I know I am doing just fine...84 lbs. done and gone!! I too wish I'd have had WLS a few years earlier, but I am pleased with my success now. Stop back and post often. ~April

Every 20-25 lbs I have that same gain/loss situation. I was 151.8 yesterday and I was 152.2 this morning. Am I stressing? Heck no! 152 will always beat 265 for me! lol I have 9 days to lose this 2.2 pounds. I'm pretty sure I can do it. Now if my doc would let me weigh there in my intimates I'd really be happy. lol I just keep seeing my ticker and shaking my head that all this has happened in less than 8 months! I've been bad and haven't been back to the gym. Things have been beyond hectic the last few weeks (where is Sears with my fridge???? lol) but I'll get back there. I'm just so HAPPY now that it's not even funny. I'm so thrilled that I did this. I'm so thrilled I haven't failed. Sure, size 6 pants are nice but for the first time in 20 years I don't have pain in my knees! I can't wait to see my orthopedic surgeon. He'll need a new line now that "you know, Cyn, every time you go up and down steps you're putting 2-3 times your body weight on your knees" doesn't cut it anymore. I love my ortho surgeon and can't wait until my next appointment. lol I hope I get a out of him. lol Esther, you're doing fabulous and you know it. Just keep doing what you know you have to do. I still cheat a little but I'll be darned if I'm going to deprive myself. But, I also know it can only be ONE not TEN. Like I've said with every other stall, it's our bodies fighting to figure out what we've done. Then, it relaxes and joins us for the ride. And a fun and wild ride it's been!!!! You'll be at 168 in no time!!!!! * Cyndi *
