Hello all.....Just got home from church and here are my numbers!!!!!
Highest 262
Surgery 258
Last week 175.5
This week 174
Loss of 1.5...total loss of 88....
Next goal is to be "overweight" by Feb 1st.....only five pounds to go...been doing four miles a day on the treadmill...so I hope I make it!!!!! Then next goal is 100 pounds lost by May 8th!!!!!

Even though I'm not a May surgery. I'll get involved. I'm a June/07 lap-band.(a friend of April) 06/12/07 I weighed 297, today 202. Okay Hazel...your turn. Ha !!

Sounds like this has been a good week so far....after a huge stall for the ENTIRE month of December I am back on the losing side!!!!

9 pounds this week, I just can't believe it, people at work said they could see that I had lost a lot of weight over Christmas, but the scale just did not show it until today!!
That is 132 pounds total, and I am now only 15 pounds from my Valentines Day goal!

Don't you love the look when we think we're whales and everyone else actually "sees" us. LOL I was so happy to make it to the back corner of my brother's table without knocking into everything in sight.
I'm thrilled to give my report this week! I love my scale again. lol
Highest right before surgery: 265.8
Day of surgery: 255
Last week: 154.5
This morning: 152.0
Loss this week: 2.5 pounds!!!
Total pounds lost: 113.8 pounds!!!!!
Pounds until surgeon's goal: 2!!!!!
I see my surgeon on the 24th. If things keep going this way (I'm back to the gym tomorrow), I should see his goal on his scale, fully clothed, and be under goal here at home on the scale nakey. LOL
