Christmas vacation with the lack or organized exercise got to me, I gained 2 pounds.
Highest 397
Last week 276
This week 274
I am back to a 123 pound loss, and have gotten back on track pushing the protein first. Tooooooo many carbs over the holidays took their toll.

Highest right before surgery: 265.8
Day of surgery: 255
Last week: 155.0
This morning: 154.5
Loss this week: .5 pounds but after a 3-week stall I'll take it!!!
Total pounds lost: 111.3 pounds!!!!!
Pounds until surgeon's goal: 4.5!!!!!

Good for you! I love reading back in my archives. I swear it's made me a better person. Now I just have to find time to print it all for my scrapbook.
I keep looking at my monthly pics and shake my head wonder how in the world I got to look like that. lol Ummm, like I don't really know. I'm STILL stalled at 155.2. Even changed the batteries in my scale. I've been here for three weeks. I have to get my butt back to the gym. It was a whopping 8 degrees yesterday morning. It's a heat wave of 22 right now. No way am I doing my walk today! lol
Kathy, I sent you a century card. If you want to change ANYTHING, let me know. This was just draft #1. lol I'm so happy you got it!

Cyndi - I started journalling again and it has made a world of a difference. I also started posting more again, and blogging! I feel so much better physically this week (minus the back problems) for it too!
