Last week: 172.2 (after a gain of 0.5 for the week might I add)
This morning: 169.7
160'S BABY! I hope I can avoid most of the treats this week, the holidays are always tough.
I wish THE absolute best to all of you and your families, we've gone through so much in the past year and I could not have gotten through it without you guys!

Fabulous ideas John! I am so proud of all of us! It's been such a fabulous year and I don't know what I'd have done without my May family.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you! I honestly don't know how 2008 could possibly top 2007, but I can't wait to see what the new year brings.

Highest right before surgery: 265.8
Day of surgery: 255
Last week: 156.4
This morning: 155.0
Loss this week: 1.4 pounds
Total pounds lost: 110.8 pounds!!!!!
Pounds until surgeon's goal: 5!!!!!

Well it has been a very busy week so I was surprised I lost this week when I got on the scale.
Post Op= 289
Last Week=205
This Week=201
4 pounds gone..... I was hoping to be in ONDERLAND by Christmas but I will settle for being close to 200 lbs.

I want to start by wishing everyone a happy holiday season! Not such a bad week but couldnt exercise this week because kids swere sick coulnt get to gym.

total 115 pounds still cant believe it, my semi goal is 150 but dr's say from dexa scan 164 so I will see.
