Topic: Dressing up for Halloween?
Wondering who plans to dress up for the holiday tomorrow? Or have you already been out enjoying the festivities with your new slim body? I bought costumes for all of us in my office & spent less than $50.00. They don't know it yet, but we're dresiing up as a devil, flapper, cat, fairy, & a vampire. Can't wait to put on my devil horns!

I go to my doctor next week so I will definitely be speaking to her about this.
I got a great response on the RNY board, there's something called orthostatic hypotension - when BP shoots down. It would make sense since my sugars haven't been drastically low when this has happened. It's something very common to post-ops too...good to know!

Some of those sympotms match some of hte signs of dumping. And you can get the syptoms without actually dumping.....or hypoglycemic? I had a run with some low blood sugar last week that was weird. All I felt like fo rluch was cereal and it was a low sugar high protein. but then about 2 hours later I bottomed out became jittery and ended up drinking some juice to feel better.
But sounds like you need to call your dr. you may need to be seen, have your BP checked and such.

Ice! I have found if I buy a bag of Sonic crushed ice and keep it in the freezer I just pull out some when I get the munchies! Or tell myslf I have to finish that 20 oz water bottle first. By the time I do I am not wanting it anymore
