Holly, congratulations! No recriminations, no "what ifs" (I also did not get to my goal on my surgiversary) this is your day to celebrate taking charge of your life and chooosing to be healthy. And not only that, to celebrate it in a way that doesn't depend on food (not saying we can't celebrate by having something special, though, we should take pride on the celebration not revolving around food as it has done for so many of us in our past.) The heck with "Dr. C"; you should be d*&! proud of where you are and how hard you worked to get here! Cyndi

I was sitting in the St. Vincent Pre-Op area waiting for my time to start my journey..... And here I am..... Highest 262 Surgery 258 Today 165 Loss of 97 pounds...I have also lost 12.25 in. from my chest, 15 in. from my waist, and 15.5 in. from my hips. Total of 42.75 inches lost!!! I did not get to the goal I had chose for today....but I will keep trucking on. I see Dr. C on the 16th....I hope she is happy with where I am. Thanks to all for all their supporting words over the last year....AND for all that come in the future!!! Love and Hugs, Holly
