Hey all you May 2007...ers...
I am having RNY on May 6th, 2008. We have small but gaining group started for May 2008...ers...
PLEASE stop by and post your advice now that your surgery anniversaries are approaching. I bet you look back now and go "wow!" and we'd love to hear the good, the bad and the ugly of those first few weeks & months post op. I think that is my biggest fear, what will it be like right away.
(those are my emotions I'm juggling)

Topic: RE: Long plateau and slightly bummed.
Tina, I can so relate, I was stalled for at least 2 months, and even gained some weight, but always seemed to take it back off. I stayed the course, drank some more water, and mixed up the exercise. I have now lost for 2 weeks in a row, and feel that I am back on the losing side. I know it is hard, but hang in there, and keep doing what you know is right. Mix up your eating, have more protein earlier in the day, and less right before you go to bed, change up your exercise routine, do more reps, or a different kind altogether. Good luck, you can do this. Gayle

Good morning, I see this has not been posted yet, so I will get us started. I have lost for the second week in a row!! This is so exciting for me as I was on a stall for two months. I hope that everyone else is having success also. We are all so close to our one year anniversaries, and I hope that everyone is where they wanted to be by then, or at least close. Gayle
