I just knew that you were getting close....WAY TO GO DONNA...
I had the same freaky thing happen..I was 203-205 all week last week...day or night. This week it seems like I am 198 or lower (but can't count it because it is not the official weight time). My body has some crazy things that go on (like losing weight in 10 pound chuncks), but I'm convinced that I am well below the 200 mark....and it sounds like you are too.
I'm happy to have another one over on this side of the bench...great work.

John that is what happened to me as well. I circled and circled since reaching 205.....but hey I will take it. doesn't it feel great! Congratulations!!! Nice to make it to the bench with someone!!! To celbrate my sister in law is treating me to be able to dress up and go to box seats for the symphony tonight. Can't wait!

It was awesome and totally unexpected. I expected the scale to be at 202 or soemehing. I had just weighed Sunday. Working out is paying off!!!! Wow!

Yep that is right......I made it to Onderland!!! whoooooooo hoooooooo! I am still in shock! I just can't believe it. It was the end of the day (I always weigh in the am) but I was going to my surgeon's seminar to speak and I always give hime an update and WOW!!!! I reweighed 4 times LOL then made someone wiegh so I knew it was working right!!
I weigh 198lbs!!! I can't believe it!!!! BIG step for me. Next goal is to be 180 by my surgiversary which I think might happen!!!!

It sure seemed like it took me a long time to get here. I lurked at the 203-205 mark for the better part of 6 weeks and then BAM....10 pounds gone.
My body is so weird that way.

You have done so well and have stayed very focused. 149 just sounds like so much weight when I really stop to think about it. Thanks for your continual support here on the May board. I've got 8 more to go and 13 to hit my final goal of 185. Then I can bounce between 185 and 190. My plan is that anything over 188 and I have to get refocused. I pretty well know how to do this now without using my food diary like I used to. I keep my foods mentally at about 500 cals for both breakfast and luch combined. Then I just eat a moderate amount in the afternoon and evening.
Slow and steady hits the mark....
