Thank you so much, Cyndi. I keep telling myself, "One day at a time." And it's working for the most part. I really want to lose 10 more pounds before my year is up.

Gees, Gayle, your scale is being mean. Hang in there! Hopefully that darned number will move for you in a big way this week! Stay away from the Easter candy!

Awwww, Cyndi, I hate those stalls. I've had one for so long. Last week the darned scale kept going up, up, up. Then, it finally went back down. It's so darned frustrating! I see my surgeon on Thursday. I *want* to get to 140 (about 5 more pounds) but I don't think my body will do it. I think it's happy just where it is. lol If you get some new ideas, please pass them along! My NUT is rarely reachable so I gave up. lol Just hang in there and the darned scale will start moving again.

Stuck in another stall - in fact, the scale appears to have gone up a few pounds, much to my dismay (what dismay - I AM FREAKING OUT!) Can't think that I'm doing anything different or wrong - going to the NUT on Tuesday so hopefully she'll have some ideas. (In the meantime I asked my husband to put away the scale so that I don't become more obsessed than I already am!)

I guess I need to change things up to jump start my weight loss again. I am holding at 255 again for the 3rd week in a row. so no loss this week either.....good luck everyone else Gayle

ok, I spent time and got my pics up . It includes the pics I put together that were the before, 3month, 6 month, and 9 months post op!
As we approach a year I will offer again....anyone that wants help stitching their pics together let me know.

well in August it iwll not be 80.....more like the 100's LOL! But definetly let me know if you make it there.......it would be less than a 4 hour trip for me to get there.
