Last week: 148.0
This morning: 147.6
Loss this week: .4 pounds
Total pounds lost: 118.2
Pounds until surgeon's goal: -3 pounds
Pounds until MY goal: 2.6!!!
My scale was going nuts this week. I was as low as 147.0 and as high as 149.4. Not sure what was going on but I was 147.6 this morning so we'll stick with that.

Man I wish I was down that low. I am sort of depressed. This is my nine month anniversary too and I have only lost 125 so far. I wanted to have lost a lot more. My weight loss has been hendered by arthritis, joint degeration and gout flare ups. Doing my best to ride my bike though. I just feel my weight loss is kinda slow. I get afraid that I won't make my goal weight and will be stuck at this weight now. Is it possible to stretch your stomach? My Dr. says no but I get scared I have done that. I am so proud of you for your weight loss and pray for everyone on this web site to be able to lose all they set for their goal. May God keep his loving hand on you and keep you happy in what you do.

Go to this site http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ and it will shrink your photo to the right size. Under #2 check custom and type in 100x100 in the box next to the word custom. Good luck. I look forward to seeing the new avitar!!

I would love to get rid of the blurry old avatar I have, have read directions about sizing and can't for the life of me get it. Any EASY bright ideas for me???
