Hi Heather! Congratulations!!!! You look wonderful. I can't wait to celebrate my 9 month. I hit my surgeon's goal on my 8 month. I can't imagine being in a size 2!!! That has got to be soooooooooooo cool! I'm about 3 pounds below my surgeon's goal and about 2 pounds from mine. At 5'8" anything below 145 is going to make me look like a scarecrow. I'm happy in my size 6 jeans. lol
I can't wait to see the pics of your dresses. I have my 25th high school reunion in October and I'm going to NYC to get my dress. I'm splurging.
I never looked this good in school so I'm going to do it up now.
Don't be a stranger!!!! Congratulations on the new You!

Topic: It has been awhile...update
Hey all,
It has been quite awhile since I have posted. I am 9 months post op. I have lost 115 lbs and am 4 lbs BELOW goal. I wear a size 2!!! I am 124 lbs now. I began this journey weighing 239 and wearing a size 22/24. I hit my goal of 130 in December. I feel amazing. Yesterday I rode in an airplane for the first time since I had surgery. It felt so surreal to fit comfortably in those airplane seats. I can't believe how "normal" I feel. In April, my family and I are going on a cruise to the Caribbean. I have been shopping for clothes for it. It actually is fun again to shop and actually like how I look in those clothes. I bought two formal dresses. One is red and the other is purple. I will post pics later. I am just so amazed with my tool. I would do this surgery a hundred times over to feel the way I do today!!!
I hope you all are doing FABULOUS!!!!
Hugs,
Heather

T.Rob nice to "see" you and how sweet of her to by you a candle. What a nice thought that was. I broke the "not exchanging rule" when I found a Halmark card that sings Martina McBride's "Valentine" which was perfect for him (and got him a big Reese's heart (since he is the only one of us that can actually eat chocolate LOL). He broke it to with the card and flowers.
And I would say based on your "Unforgivable' theory that "Obsession" was the better choice!!!

Cyndi sounds like a nice day! I wonder if your shirt from CB is the same one my friend bought.....if so I wanted that shirt!!!!
I saw my surgeon today and told him about what my daughter said which he loved. and then he asked me what I thought about the magazine article I (well we) are in and I have not which he was suprised. I will have to get a copy. He wants me to show it to my husband and see what he thinks.
Went and bought my supply of protein that I like for work days (when I do not have the blender with me) so whether I like it or not I must go back LOL!
