I am nine months out this month and I feel better, I look better and I can do things I only use to dream of doing. 121 lbs lighter, my heaviest weight was 400, and maybe more I could not find a scale to weigh myself to see, but thank God for this surgery. I had my problems in the beginning, but now I am finally getting use to this life style. I don't know the guy in the mirror, but I like how he looks, and believe me my wife loves him even better.

That is awesome.....I had my surgery the same day and my original goal was single digit clothing and I had met that by Christmas so I had to set a new one and it was 135. I have now almost lost as much as I weigh and I am inspired that you have already reached your goal by one year. Congrats.......
