Anyone had severe episodes of joint pain- today I feel horrible, every bone hurts, and I'm just wondering if there is something I'm doing wrong?
I'm 10 months out open DS, down 130 (298/168).
You have done great ! Did you get joint pain before ? I also have severe osteo arthritis and still have bad days. For me, I sometimes overdo my activities and get joint pain. Best wishes !
