Boy the idea of full restriction again sounds heavenly, huh? Are you still rockin and rollin with your workouts? You are a great inspiration for me when I start getting tired! I think your workout regimine would kick my booty! 166...Wow! I can only hope someday!!

Congrats on your weight loss & on the new & improved life! Almost everything is easier for me now & it couldn't have happened at a better time due to my DH being ill. I weghed in this am @ 182. I'm still losing but very slowly. If I get to 175 I will be completely happy with my weight loss. I weighed 350 at my highest so 175 would seem thin to me.

Okay, still not perfect..... but I'm owning up to it all.

A freaking pot luck!! I tried really hard.... I had ground beef with salsa and cheese with a couple of tostito's (OMG TOSTITO's
) some grapes, some canteloupe and about 2 Tbsp of some kind of layered mexican bean & beef thing. About a tablespoon of macaroni salad, One bite of cheesecake. NO IDEA HOW MUCH PROTEIN - 20G??
THEN.... I went back for more fruit (grapes, canteloupe)
Another Venti Triple Decaff sugar free vanilla latte 20g protein
a Banana....chased with a little box of raisins.... AUGH!
Mexican shredded chicken w/ cheese 25g Protein?
About 90g protein.... but way too many calories....
waaayyyyyyy too much food at the potluck. I was so stuffed. It was a whole paperplate full of food. Why did i do that????
HOW did I do that????
Augh, I'm an idiot.
I'm not giving up though...tomorrow's another day....starting right now!!!!!

That's absolutely awesome Kerri
I know exactly how you feel. We have given ourselves some wonderful gifts. I haven't lost much, but at least I finally lost the rest of the 6 lbs I gained a couple of weeks ago. So I'm down to 166 and hopefully the 1st round of plastics will take 10-15 lbs off of me.
BTW, a friend of mine told me that after her plastics she had full restriction again and was able to loose a few more lbs before it started to "loosen" again. I hope this happens to me!

I must admit that I don't really watch my sugars. I exercise a lot which tends to take care of them. However, when I'm being a good girl, I won't go over 20 gms of carbs in a single meal and stay under 60 for the day.

I hear you Ginger!! I have been trying to do a protein load to help with the healing. I'm getting about 150-175 gms of protein in a day. But, I have also had some baked lays and some other carbs/sugars lately. Hence why I have also had gas and my belly has been bloated - which of course causes my hernia to hurt. I know it's because I'm getting nervous, but I too need to reign myself in.
My favorite meal is to go to Chipotle and get a bol with only chicken and cheese. Lots of protein, very few carbs.
