I am right there with ya!! Hey I know it is hard, but we can do this. I have been hovering in the 220's for a couple of months now and it is driving me crazy! I wanted to be in onederland by my 1 year mark, but nope! Oh well, though. I figure I need to be a little more compliant with the exdersize to kick up the metabolism so you are on the right track. THANKS for your kind caring words on my health issue that arrised last week...came out of no where for me but now that I look back this has been festering for months now I was just clueless and was feeding the ulcer to feel better which has proly the culprit for my stall. WELL BACK ON TRACK NOW FOR ME! I am in the same bought as the others and not really looseing! Actually I had gone up 5 lbs but that is gone and im at my lo number this morning. SO now i got to break down this number and get thru a REAL STALL!
