Sorry your scale is being mean! I call this the 'dance with the scale'. I've found the same thing here: one day the weight is down and the next, it's up again. I know that our body weight fluxuates normally, so I assume this is what it is. I do weight every day, so I can stay on top of changes and know what my body is doing. But if I found my weight was down when I was home, and up when I was at work, believe me - I wait and weigh at home too!

Another daily weigher here! First off, I want to say that I have weighed myself in the morning and then again in the afternoon and sometimes there is a 2 lbs. difference; so don't be too alarmed ~ weight can fluctuate quite a bit. I have the opposite problem. I do much better when I'm at work during the week. I only bring a certain amount of food with me and I use the treadmill, so I'm usually doing what I'm supposed to during the weekdays. At home I sometimes find myself picking and snacking - habits I'm very aware of and trying to break - and so, the scale is sometimes stuck on weekends. I did well yesterday; kept myself busy and really tried to stick with high protein foods, and was rewarded by a 1 lb. loss this AM - very unusual for a weekend. Dawn, when you're working 12 hour days do you get all of your water in? I have found when I don't get in my water I don't lose as quickly. Hugs, Nancy -99

First off all Dawn...WOWZA!!! This is the first time I am seeing your updated picture and you look MAAAHVELOUS!!! The "dance with the scale" is so common here too. This week has been a hard one for me. Up and down 2 lbs all week. This morning it is on the "up 2 pounds end". We have all done amazing!!! Tara 305/170/192 -113

Hi Tara, Nosey me - just wondering where your new avatar picture is? I looked at your profile and your 'down 100 lbs.' pic is so great, you just have to update your posting pic!! Hugs, Nancy -99

Ugh, I, too, have scale issues. My big problem is that when I am eating well and working out, the scale doesn't budge. Then, on my day off from working out or on a day when I eat something I really, really shouldn't the next day the scale rewards me. It's sending me the message to not exercise and eat like crap. I know this is wrong, and for the most part I ignore this message. We joke around the hose that I need to eat a donut to drop 2 pounds, or lay around and watch the boob tube all day to show some scale movement. I need to take my own advice and hide my scale for about 2 weeks or so. Diana
