Century club here I am
Hi everyone;
It has been way too long,since I last wrote.Anyway,I am finally down to 196.
I started out at 298.My weight has been coming off real slow,but bottom line it has been coming off.My surgery was July 30,2004.I wish I could hurry up,and lose the other 50.The good thing is I don't have alot of loose skin.I do,but not as much as I thought I would have.Does anybody have any suggestions for the other 50????

As far as the other 50, just hang in there. It may be slow, but as long as you are losing that is all that matters. Plus, by losing it slower, it is probably helping your skin to not be as bad if you would have lost it faster.

As far as suggestions here is what I do faithfully: I start EVERY day with a protein drink @ 35 gms of protein with my total of 80- 90 gms daily, get 80-100 oz of fluid a day, take ALL my vitamins and to date I have not had any bread, pasta, rice etc and have given up my weakness...crackers. I also have not tried anything sweet candy cookies, cake etc. I also now use fitday each and everyday and never go over 1000 cals. , usually @ 900 cals. But remember what works for one may not work for another. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

What a great accomplishment!!
Just keep plugging ~ keep up the protein, keep up the exercise and water and keep down the carbs (now if I could just follow my own advise....
).
