How far out of surgery are you? I was trying to read up about dumping and vomiting, am I going to be able to go back to work or am I going to be a spouting fountain!?! I guess I am just nervous about what it will be like post surgery.

 OK, so much for saying I NEVER dump. I went out early today and just had large greentea Crystal Light drink with me. So I didn't eat something until noon. I ate a half of a piece of grilled chicken and about 3 grapes. Moments later I felt the feeling. The "Uh-Oh here it comes" feeling. I ran to the sink and sure enough .

I am trying to figure out if it was because of what I ate, my schedule being all off, or what caused it? I rarely dump at all. So for this to happen was a bit of a shock. I laid down on the couch afterwards. So today literally I have had nothing but liquids because I am afraid to eat solids again. 

I feel much better now. I rode my bike all over the neighborhood and rode until my legs felt like noodles. Now I am taking it easy trying to catch my breath and drink more protein.

We must be on the same wave length.....last week I was thinking it has been a long time since I have been to Disneyland and was thinkiing I might actually go on some rides!! Same as you.....always had excuses not to go on them with my two children, now they are all grown up and I am ready......too bad I missed out when they were young...

 Maternity Jeans would be a great option! I did not think about those! I will have to look into them. I am getting excited about shorts but I am not too interested in the ones that are shorty shorts because I have saggy skin on my thighs I am trying to hide it! I would love not looking like a Sharpei. I think I will have to start considering a body lift. :( I hate the thought but I can't see how just exercise is going to make my arms and thigh skin minimize by as much as it needs to. I have no idea how I would pay for it though. Wishful thinking I guess. :( 

I am wearing a Medium in T Shirts. I don't think I have worn a medium since I was 17! 

 Yay! I need to do that 5 day pouch test again too! But I will do it after all my surgery stuff is out of the way. I have to bump up my protein intake before hand and they are making me stop taking my supplements 2 WEEKS before the surgery. So this means I need all the nutrition I can get right now! Excited that your doing so great! I lost another lb today! I was happy but I noticed a trend that I lose when my period starts. Sure enough Aunt Flo came to visit today! 

I wonder how this surgery is going to affect my weightloss? They told me yesterday if they get in there and decide things need to come out I will have a full hysterectomy. I sure hope not! I don't want to go on hormone therapy :( And I am sure that will make me even more emotional!
