Fantastic Joanna! You deserve it! You look great and should be so proud of yourself! (((Big Hugs))) I feel like we have been on the same up and down roller coaster lately! It's moments like these that make us realize just how far we have come! :)

thank you for the feedback on this Kristie.  I suspect one day I too will feel the need to do this and it's encouraging to know it might actually work  :-)

Thank you so much for posting this!  It's exactly what I needed!  I have been eating larger portions than I should.... My NUT says 1/2 cup... I was up to a cup.  My weight loss has slowed to a crawl...  13ish pounds since Christmas.  :-(  I am going to start this tomorrow!  Seriously, just what I needed!

I'm graduating from college in May and my internship has just offered me a job.  A really great job!  I owe it all to the big boost in my self-confidence and self-esteem that the weight loss has given me.  I'm still not thin by any means, but I feel GOOD about myself for the first time in years and years - and I guess it shows.  I'm really happy with my WLS decision.
Life is good!

I'm glad to hear you are "shrinking up" nicely.  I got enough jiggle for both of us...and that's just in my arms!

It's kinda like a balloon that was blown up and the air leaks out...that 's what my arms, legs and tummy look like.  I'm 41 and my skin has been stretched for a really long time   I have hopes that in another year I'll be in better shape.

Keep up the good work on th exercise!  I'm doing better, but not as much as I know I should.  I have a bad back (disc issues) and knee issues that are so much better, but still slow me down from time to time.

Keep up the excellent work ladies!

Cross my legs!  I forgot that one!

I am with you..I put on a pair of my daughters size 8 jeans and the legs fit great...Just not the roll.. it requires a 14! LOL  I haven't gotten up the nerve yet, but I think maternity pants would fit really well!
