WOW... GOOD THINGS..
1. I can ride on any theme park rides..  I no longer walk around and just EAT!!..LOL or not enjoy going on rides with my daughter.
2.) lap top fits flat on my lap!! I could not have did that before.
3.) on last business trip.. I could button the seat belt no problem. GOOD BYE EXTENDER!!
4.) I can jog/ walk over 4 miles a day no problem.. I choose to walk between two of my USDA establishment vs. driving 3 blocks to get back and forth.. YEAH!!
5.) I have reached my goal of a size 13/14 and size large shirts... totally different from size 32 pants!!
6.) I enjoy going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week.. you could never get me in one period!
7.) Men follow me around in the grocery store instead of looking at me as a hideous object!! LOL
7.) Lastly I eat to live vs. Living to eat.. I enjoy healthy style of eating!!

I wish you continue success !!

We'll I have thought about it.. but since i have been working out since I had surgery.. I don't have much jiggle.. i did review another prodecure that they do in Cali, that is less evasive.. they do it with a laser that treats the surface tissue.. and removes excess cellulite package starts at 3,900 my insurance may cover most .. the Doc that specializes in it is on the web and is included in the barictric institute...My only concern is rear thigh jiggle, and breast pretty cheap out here a lot of doctor perform breast agumentation.. i have no big issue around the middle.. I thought I would .. THANK GOD .. I still have a little youth left on my side.. LOL but I wonder how long.. LOL

Topic: 5 day pouch test- day 3
Hello everyone!
So I decided to try the pouch test as a maintainance tool.  I thought I would look at it like a tune up for my pouch.  I thought I would give it a try after major holidays (Easter, Birthday in July, Halloween, and New Years.  This way quarterly I can refresh myself.  So I just finished the 2 day liquid protien portion.  Yesterday was rough. I did add Greek yogurt and a thicker soup then I would have had right after surgery because I was HUNGRY! I was also hoping it would jumpstart my weight loss since I haven't lost much in the last 2 months.  I was 184.8 on Monday and this morning I was 180.2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!! That's insane!!! I also just finished my cycle so that probably helped too, but holy Santa Claus Sh*t (to quote Step Brother's movie)!!! Those 2 days without food to chew was worth it! Today I move to soft protien so tuna, canned chicken, eggs, cottage cheese.  Tomorrow I go to solid protien (adding my protien bar back! I miss it) and then firm protien then I am done.  I figure this can help me get off some of the carbs but I am not going to be crazy with myself after this.  I will allow myself to eat more "normally."  I have also uped my protein and that seems to be helping too.  I will continue to add a scoop of protien powder to my morning coffee and faithfully eat my protien bar and my container of greek yogurt (32g + 20g + 24g =76 g) The rest of the day I can eat what I want with the portion restriction my beautiful pouch gives me.  I was skeptical about this pouch test, but I think I am a believer.  Just wanted to share my experience. It might be worth a try to jumpstart the weight loss again.  Here is the website in case you haven't heard of it. http://www.5daypouchtest.com/index.html Have a great day friends!

I have thought about it from the beginning.  I will need my stomach and my breasts done.  My stomach is insane.  I had a very large "pannus" the big apron of fat that hangs down to my thighs.  Now that I have lost so much weight, it hangs even farther down.  I still can't see my  lady parts in the mirror. My boobs, don't even get me started... My insurance will probably pay for a tummy tuck and maybe a breast reduction/lift.  I am trying to get my credit better so I can finance the work if the insurance won't.  It is hard to look at myself in the mirror without clothes and see progress because I look like a melted wax figure.  I am hoping that my age will help me with the arms and thighs.  I'm 28 so I may still have some hope with that.  At least thats what I tell myself. The surgeon said that exercise and weight lifting will make a big difference in those areas.  Maybe one day I'll start working on it. I'm not the best with exercise. I'm very active but not in that sense.

Great Post!
1.  Cross my legs.
2. Swing on our swing in the back yard
3. Cuddle up on the couch hugging my knees.
4. Shave my legs without feeling like I can't breathe.
5.  Hold my kids on my lap
6. Go on rides at Disneyland without fear of not fitting
7.  Put my leg up on my seat when I drive (maybe not so safe...)
8.  Sleep in  my hubby's t-shirts

The list goes on and on...I also have most of what you did too, except I haven't worn a belt.  I am contemplating buying that BeBand though.  I have been eyeing it for months.  Its meant for pregnant ladies but because I have so much excess skin in my stomach pants dont fit me very well.  My legs are probably a 10 but my stomach is a tight 12 and the way the pant**** start to get uncomfortable after a few hours.  The BeBand goes over the top of your jeans and holds them up so you can leave it unbuckled.  Its onsale at Target right now, so I may pop in there and just buy it.  Great post!

I know it is too soon, but I've started thinking about it and starting saving for it.

Anyone else?  I will need my legs, arms and body lift without a doubt.  Don't care anything about the scars!
