Topic: Size 17 holy wow!
So i have noticed my pants getting bigger again. Out of curiosity i went KHOLS today. I can wear a size 16 regular but i went over to the juniors section kind of laughing like hell nothing will fit. I saw they have size 17's so i thought what the heck right i will try it on. They are MUDD shorts and guess what they FIT i nearly fell out in the dressing room. My god even in high school i wore like 18-20 i cannot ever remember wearing 16-17. WOW

I never did do candy for my Easter basket.  Although I DO have favorite Easter candy!  I don't dump so I really can have anything, but I tried my beloved Cadbury carmel eggs and they just didn't taste the same or very good!  I was sad/thrilled.

What I do for my Easter basket is fill it with spring presents - like a spring Christmas.  The kids have something to "open" on the morning, and I have no guilt about filling them with unecessary candy.  I usually give them some spring shoes like flip-flops (when they were little it was water shoes!), books, DVDs, gift cards, water guns, bubble blowers, etc...

So this would be a very good year to start a brand new tradition!  What are some of those non-food rewards that you have been wanting so badly?

Here it is, Easter weekend. One of my favorite holidays, spring, daffodils, peeps and chocolate bunnies.

I am definitely not going to have a Easter basket this year. I'm kind of mourning the loss of my Fannie May fruit and nut eggs. How are you handling it? I think peeps would put me over the edge (or should I say toliet, lol). I think my sweet tooth was my main down fall.

Topic: RE: Think Thin bars
I went looking for it, but they didn't have it. I went to our local sport nutrition place and had a nice conversation with three buff guys and they recommended this one called Pro5. They made me a sample of strawberry which is not my favorite.  Even with straigh****er this stuff was good.  I bought the tub of chocolate and vanilla. They were 30 a piece.  Not too bad.  Came home and shared a vanilla shake made with milk with my hubby and he like it too.  I tried out the donut recipe and it was pretty good.  I couldn't find the donut pan so I bought a mini bundt pan at walmart and they turned out cute. I way overfilled them so they were HUGE.  I bought stuff for toppings but it was too rich and make me feel sick for a solid hour.  I think next time I will put a third of the batter in their and skip the topings.  Maybe a light glaze. Can you make a glaze with splenda?  Maybe I'll check out the messages on eggfaces posts.  I am very excited to have found a protien shake I like. With summer coming, I want to make smoothies/shakes.  Looking forward to it! Thanks!

Topic: RE: Feeling a little discouraged
I don't drink regular milk.  Since my surgery it gives me stomach cramps and diarrehea.  I drink soy milk, although I have had some of the lactaide milk and that went down okay.

Seriously, I am losing about 2 lb a MONTH if I am lucky.  I have just about resigned myself to being this size.  I'll just get my picture out and look how far I have come and feel proud of myself and resolve to gain NOTHING back.
