I am having trouble.I lost 130 lb and have gained back 48lb my surg. was in 2002 I was told there is a 5 day pouch test has anyone heard of this

I dont know how to do it...but saw a lot of postings on it over at the WLS Grads forum. Have you tried looking in there? good luck, Anne
