I can not believe it, I only have 26 days left of the old me. I had a little set back this week. My mother was admitted for emergency surgery this week. She is doing well. Eating at the hospital was a pain. The food in the cafe did not even look good to eat. I heading to the salad bar and that also looked bad. I was hungry and ended up with a grilled cheese on white bread. I felt so bad eating it. That I ended up eating a cookie, ice cream and anything that would fill the void of a good healthy meal I could of have at home. I will be able to eat the right things starting on 8/2, no more visits to the hospital she will be home. I felt as if the old me was trying to make one last stab of staying around. But my will power is coming back. I am counting the days to the 27th of AUgust. Plenty of things to do for over the up coming weeks, physicians visit, bridal showers, Breast Cancer Luncheon and Birthdays. Well than you for listening to me. Take care and blessings to all.
