Topic: RE: weight gain
I had the same question...by gaining back weight, how many LBS are we talking about? I too lose and gain 2-3lbs and do have old habits that I need to stop. I am concerned about it, and that is completely normal. We all had an issue with weight, an issue than went BEYOND losing 5 or 10lbs. It is inevitable to be paranoid about weight gain or just worried about things going back to how they were. We are in total control of that by what we consume, the exercise we do, etc. We have the tool, we know the rules, we are not dummies. When we go against them is when we are! I understand being frightened, and if you think about it, it is a good thing to be highly concerned about something that is and has been such an important part of your life. Look out for yourself, make right decisions, and when you gain those 2-3lbs, we all have to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

That was kind of mean for your grandma to say, but I totally feel what you mean. Everyone always has SOMETHING to say about others, be it nice or not. My mom does the same thing. When I was 255lbs she would go on about how big i was and that it wasn't right/healthy. Now that I'm down to 138 she STILL makes comments about that I look too skinny or losing too much. Just have to remember that the only person you have to worry about "making happy" is yourself. If you feel good, feel healthy, are a good mother/wife/daughter, etc. then let THAT be your indicator.

Girl! I need Plastic Surgery in the worst way.......................My arms, stomach, boobs and thighs are a mess.......................but for one I want to have a baby in the next year or two and I have no money for plastics. But yes I would love to have it. I was getting my nails done and the man asked me "what happened to your arms" I could have died right there in the chair I was so embarrased. Needless to say no more short sleeves for me 3/4 only. That is how bad my arms are. Thighs, stomach not so bad you can cover them easily. And my boobs..............well thank god for a Fredericks of Hollywood water bra LOL!

ofcourse its okay silly...congratulations to you too! wow, 125...that would be my DREAM GOAL, but not sure if it would "fit me" well
I need to get to the gym ASAP!!!!
Are you doing anythins specific/special to celebrate your 1yr anniversary? I've heard of people getting tattoo's!!! eeek, don't think I'd do that, but definitely gotta think of something for it.

Look at you, 134! too great
Congrats on that Ms. Marianne!!! I've been bad with my eating/drinking of water and can't blame anyone but myself for not losing more than I should. I DO want to be 135 before my 1yr, but won't happen if I don't do something about it!
Have you looked into plastic surgery yet? I'm curious whom has that's 1yr out...
I've contemplated it, but if its not covered by my insurance..tough luck for me *grr*
