Wow...ya know...I didn't even think about listing my wedding ring sizes! I went from a 10 to a 6. You're doing great...what kind of surgery did you have before? Was it the RNY? Good luck getting your tt and boob job. Kristy

Wow...that's great Bernice! Congratulations on all your accomplishments! I hear ya on the food thing...I wish I couldn't tolerate the carbs like I can...because all in all...I was a carb junkie before surgery...so that is my weakness and I still battle it. Good luck!!

Well, since I had surgery on the same day, I don't know how much more we can lose. I am down to 133. I hope to reach 120. That would be 100lbs lost for me. I think you will keep losing for awhile. 155lbs lost is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welp, I am an 8/2-er, but that's probably close enough for government work, since I don't see a lot of 8/2-ers around here. ;) What was your start weight? 311 What is your current weight? 185 Are you at goal? If not yet...how much more? Though never given a goal by my Doc, for my height (5'6"), 154 is Normal BMI, so I decided that's my goal. What were your start sizes? 26W Current sizes? 8/10 How has the last year been? Amazing! I am constantly shocked by the progress in one short year. Looking forward on it, a year seemed like a long time. But looking back, it's flown by and I had no idea it would move so FAST. I look and feel so much different now, that I don't even feel like the same person, physically! Any regrets? No regrets at all. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I had an uncomplicated surgery and an uncomplicated recovery, so needless to say I didn't have it as hard as some did. I would recommend my surgeon and his staff to anyone that asked. ~Stacy

Hey Kristy! Happy Anniversary----to you too! Wow, what an amazing year! I just thank God for his many blessings! Here is my info: What was your start weight? 265 lbs. What is your current weight? 168 lbs. Are you at goal? No, unfortunately...but I will be getting back to my routine soon. If not yet...how much more? My doctor wants me at 130 lbs., but I am happy with 150 lbs. I understand why.....but to look good, and not scary! What were your start sizes? A tight 24 - 26 Current sizes? I am happily wearing 14's...but can squeeze into a 12....but it hurts! How has the last year been? I have had some other personal problems but physically.....I have been great! No problems.....only what I put in my mouth! Any regrets? No regrets.....I don't know if I would have chosen to do this procedure earlier......because I don't think I was strong enough to handle it at that time. But when I did make the choice......IT WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE! Have a wonderful day! Bernice................
