Yes! It truly is "onederful!" I also hit 198 this week, and I have been on cloud 9 all week!!! I even feel lighter on my feet....feels like I am floating when I walk! I really do feel like I've dropped 120 pounds! Isn't it just great??? Congratulations to you! ~Laura 320/286/198/160 ---38 pounds to go to goal!!!

WOW!!! 164 lbs., I am so impressed!!! I am down 138.5 lbs. with 29.5 lbs. to go to goal. I also made the onederfuls today. So, I am very happy with my progress. Christie 338/199.5/170

Congrats!! Keep up the great work. I am at 134 lost down to 152. I have my plastic surgery consult July 6th. Should have that done sometime in October. Good luck with your plastics .Did you get a surgery date on that yet.

It's been 10 months everyone!!! I hope all is well with everyone. I have lost 164 pounds so far with about 14 to goal. I have never been so happy in my life!! Keep up the good work everyone!!! Jamie 308/144

My wedding band has gone from a 10 to a 5.5. I've lost 163 pounds so far in 10 months. What a change huh?? Jamie

That's great! My wedding rings also started out at a 10 and I had them sized down to a 6 1/2 and now they are getting loose again...I think maybe 1/2 size down and I'll be good... Congrats! Kristy

karin I had mine done a few months back and need to have them done again. I was sick of not wearing them, but the jeweler didn't tighten the stones enough so now I am not wearing them again darn it all. I was at a size 12.5 and now I am in a 9 and if I could get it over my knuckle probably would be an 8.5. It does feel good, huh! CONGRATS!! KEEP IT UP! maria 286/152/145?
