Hey there, 9 mos already. I am down 85lbs. Losing slow but gaining great muscle tone. Went from 24/26 in pants to a 14/16 regular not plus and a L/XL in tops. It all depends on the make. Feeling great. I also just got off a 3 week plateau again. Happens alot I have to change things up quite a bit. Can't touch anything with brown sugar or maltitol. Other than that can eat about anything but have to chose wisely now. Cheri 281/196/150 would be great.

If I eat sunflower seeds I just make sure to drink a bit more water because of the extra salt. I eat the Harmony snacks brand and for a 1/4 serving size Total fat 17g saturated fat 2g Cholesterol 0mg sodium 180mg total carbs 4g dietary fiber 2g sugars 2g protein 6g I would say they are fine. At least you are getting some protein in with them and not much carbs. I eat them alot. Stephanie

How are you all doing my fellow 8/3'ers? I'm doing really good. I'm down 108 lbs making my goal only 16 lbs away! I've gone from a size 26 to a 6/8 in jeans and from a 2x/3x shirt to a M. I'm feeling good...no real problems to mention except for old eating habits trying to creep their way back in. I can tolerate just about anything except for sugar. That stuff still seems to make me dump. I just came off of a 8 week plateau but now the scale is moving again so I'm happy. So...how are you all doing? Kristy 254/146/130

Hi all Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday! OK, lately I've found myself addicted to Sunflower Seeds! I just love them! I've always loved them but hadn't had them since surgery but a couple of weeks ago I decided to try some and I now I can't stop! So my question is--how bad is this? I haven't had any problems with them but are they bad for me? Thanks guys! Shelley -138

Ahhh....to be 180...I'd be at goal....I still have over 70 lbs to go to get there! If I have another day like today, I'll get to 180 quickly...I've been sick all day...diarrhea, nausea, can't eat....I had chicken noodle soup and saltines for lunch, and that is all I've eaten today...had a bottle of crystal light too...I just can't get myself to get anything else in. Thank goodness I leave for the day from work in 10 minutes. Have a good one!! Judy

Well, Judith. I guess the both of us are in the same boat. I have been 180 for over a month. But, 180 still sounds better than 280.

Hi Norma!! I find I'm eating more also and I have to fight the snack demon much more now. I also seem to go for the easy foods and carbs right now so I can eat more of these. I go for Ritz crackers and cheese or cottage cheese, yogurt, potatoes.I find if I make myself eat dense meat and more salad I realize I still have a tool that works !! But for some reason my 3 week stall even after eating more last week is over I lost 6 lbs.I went to eating 5 small times a day. thanks, Linda
