Hello fellow 8/16ers. I'm kind of in a funk. I was down 105 lbs to 175. Then I got on the scale last week and I am up 5 lbs to 180 where I have been ever since. Boy am I disappointed and . What is going on? I'm not doing anything differently, I don't think. But, enough of the pity party. I look good and I feel good. Check out my new picture on my profile.

Hello! Judith you are so beautiful!!!!!!!! Keep it up . . . you are a HOTTIE! I'm on a plateau - - big time!!! I have lost 108 lbs. I have started working out over the last 2 months and I know that is probably why the plateau. I am wearing size 16 pants (I do have a couple of 14s and 1 pair of 12/14). My shirts are size Large and 12 /14 depending on the cut. I know what you mean about shopping - I love to shop, too. I will sometimes just go in and try on everything and never buy a thing, but just knowing that it fits is great!!!!! Keep losing!!! Cyndi 08/16/2004 -108 lbs. 306 / 198

In Ladies. I'm so sorry I was remiss in my duties with checking in last week. It was a busy week at work, plus I was at an offsite training for a couple of days. On top of that I was up weight last week (a lot of it) and I was embarrassed... So here goes my 34 week - I was up 5.6 lbs. to 262.4 (-96.6 lbs) This week at 35 weeks - I'm down 5 lbs. to 257.4 (-101.6) I think it was water weight. I lost that 5 lbs. since Saturday. I went shopping on Saturday and spent $800 on clothes, probably not a smart idea since I'm still losing weight, but I really needed clothes. The clothes I got I absolutely love, so I'm going to have them taken in when the time comes. The funny thing is, my water weight must have been sitting around my middle, the pair of pants I put on today, were VERY snug on me on Saturday when I tried them on...now today....they fit around the waist fine, but are big in the butt....oh well...All I have to say is....I still look good! I also bought 7 pair of shoes...I started out in an 11 and now I'm a 9 1/2. YEAH!!!! Most of the clothes I bought, I bought snug enough that it gives me room to shrink, and a couple of things, I won't even be able to wear quite yet. I LOVE TO SHOP...never thought those words would ever come out of my mouth (or my fingertips, as this case may be). Anyway... how is everyone else doing? JUDY 359/256/257.4/165-185? -101.6
