Well the month of August is over (can you believe it)..........................Congrats to everyone on making a year Everyone has done such a great job and I know some of us have had some bumps in the road. Lets tally up how much the August babies have lost all together. I'll start............... Starting Weight: 256 Current Weight: 132 Total Lost: 124 --Marianne

The time has flowen by at lot has happened alot of trial and errors but i was able to keep loosing weight. Between having my knee go out where i couldn't walk after surgery i was on crutches. Then both parents ended up in the hospital by November i lost both parents a week apart then Dec. I had to have a total knee replacment which i had some problems with so they didn't want me moving much afraid of blood clot or infection finally February i was able to start excersing.So maybe i'm a little flabby but nothing clothes cann't cover up. I am down 140lbs with at least 45 more to go. I FEEL SO GOOD!!!!!!YEAH!!!!!!! I was a tight 26 when i started now i am a loose 10 / 12 depending where you get it or style anyway it is definatly a change in size and i have so much funnow .I do get embarrassed i'm not use to people saying oh you look so great oh your so pretty or why would you want to loose more weight , These are things i never got from people so it is fun but when not use to it you get embarrassed or i do.I should send in my pictures but i don't know how to do it so i won't i am computor stupid i can e-mail well what can i say.All you guys out their have a GREAT DAY!!
