I know that feeling of having a photo shock you... I could not see what others saw until I saw a photo of myself after losing about 60 pounds. All I could say was OMG...OMG... and then I wanted to cry. We were at a WLS get together and everyone was so wonderful and supportive... I don't think there was a dry eye at the table!

Well since this is a post about being proud of how much we've lost I will share. I started out at 363 pounds. I am now at 175. So that is a total of 188 pounds. I really wanted to make it an even 200 pound loss but I am not complaining about my progress. Congrats to you all.

Wow, what a great feeling. I am 5 pounds for the goal I set for myself at the beginning of this journey. I actually need to lose 11 pounds to be considered "normal" weight though. I love the size 12. LOL I have a few 10's but not as comfy as my size 12's. Glad your in a 10. WTG!!!!!!!!!

I hate to be like this....but the sagging skin is really depressing. I don't want to lose any more weight, because I know it will only get worse. It's just so depressing to look at myself in the mirror. I had more self confidence when I weighed more. I don't know what I'm going to do, I know I can't afford PS...no way in the heck. It's hard on single people too I think. Married people already have mates....try finding someone with wings and flab hanging everywhere....flapping and flopping everytime you try to jump, run or anything...........this sucks.....I mean it really sucks!!!
I'm just lost more ways than one..........

The man was playing monopoly and was using the race car as his game piece and landed on a spot that had a hotel so he had to pay the owner the $300.00 for landing on his/her property!

Topic: I'VE REACHED MY GOAL WEIGHT............
Ok, I'm crying as I type. I don't know but I think this weight loss has made me extremely emotional!! I was trying on jeans this weekend at the mall (NY&Co) and the size 12 that I was going to buy was too big. So I go to get a 10, almost positive that I couldn't fit them, and I put them on and they fit!!! I cried in the dressing room. I haven't been a size 10 since I was in the 3rd or 4th grade!! Well now I'm curious to see how much I weigh. I go home, get on the scale and it says 179 
I'm sooooo happy. I thank GOD for keeping me healthy on my weight loss journey and for blessing me with this wonderful tool to lose weight!! I wish all of you continued success, can you believe it will be 1 year soon!?!?!?!?

Great to hear from you. 45 mins on the Elliptical - WOW - I'm impressed, my first time @ the gym - I almost passed out after 3 minutes. I finally worked my self up to 20 minutes - but then - I've been too busy to go the last week or so - so I'll probably be struggling to make 10 minutes again.
