Topic: 91lbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello All, As of today I am 91lbs down. I saw my surgeon on Friday and he is very happy. He even started saying I can look about the tummy tuck, breast reduction and arm surgery sometime soon. I would like to lose a whole bunch more weight though. I am now 268lbs and feel as light as ever if you can believe it. I would like to thank each and every one of you. When I was embarrased or scared to share that I wasn't eating as I should you all were there and gave words of encouragement and ideas. I don't know you all but you all are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! I am now on Weigh****chers....and still losing. My plateau at 80lbs really scared me. Right now it is sooooooo hot here (Toronto,Ontario) that I notice all I want is salad and chicken or salmon and the flavoured waters (non-carb). And of course my vitamins. I feel on top of the world and that I can get down to what I want to be. I'm 5'8 and my surgeon says for me 175 would be fine...now he's saying 160. I kind of am thinking around 140 or so....I guess I'll know when I get there. But do any of you have a goal that your doctors think is a bit low....or in the back of your head you know others will think is unrealistic. God Bless all of you.

Congradulations on 9 months out. I almost there. I will be 9 months out on Sept 22. I have lost ( 18 preop) and 99 after surgery, which is total of 117lbs loss. I can't remember ever weighing that amount except right of high school. I am not having much hair loss now but energy level is low but gettting better. I have to remember protein and getting fluids in. I have 12 pounds I would like to lose but I am satisfied with the loss I have accomplished. We have 5 children to keep up with so I am so glad for this surgery. Lisa 279/162/150

Hi all. Here we are 9 months out and I hope you all are doing well. I was sitting and thinking today of all the little things about my weight lose that have been so much fun. I wanted to share some of these with you guys who know where I am coming from and I would LOVE to hear some of yours. Here goes Wearing thongs Wearing a bikini Walking up stairs and breathing regular at the top Fitting in public seating Not being recognized by people I havent seen in months My husband wrapping his arms all the way around me My husband picking me up Crossing my legs Reaching my toe nails to paint them Shrinking out of plus size Getting below that 200 mark at the doctors office scales Jumping on the trampoline Not having to worry about "weight limits" Reaching my hands behind me to unbutton my bra Fitting into Victorias Secret panties and bras Getting double looks when walking in the mall Flexability during sex Please share yours with me.. I would love to hear about it! Kimie 9/14/04 - 110

Congrats! I'm also waiting for that glorious 200 mark, so I can start looking towards Plastic Surgery. At this point, I probably won't see surgery until next year(I'm kinda hoping around January or Febuary), but it's a definite goal and something to look forward too! I'm just getting over a plateau today,as the scale finally moved for me. Good job! Grace

Well, my 2 month stall is over! I lost 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks and made it finally under 300lbs. I am now 298 with a 176lbs weight loss. I started crying in my car. I couldn't cry too much tho, I got bad sunburn from laying out the day before. My doctor wants me at 200 before I consider ps. I hope to be there by Christmas. I just wanna say to all of you thanks for the support. Everytime I faced a problem with my surgery and thought I was alone, I would come here and find a message about the same thing I was going thru, and get the support I needed. So hats off to all of you on the great job you are doing as well and keep it up! Doreen 474/298/?
