Yeah, I have a couple barbells that I'm using right now, and I have that stomach cruncher machine. You know, the one that sits on the floor and you lie down it? You pull yourself up on it. Maybe I can get the tummy and the arms tightened during this time.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how my right leg looks after the eight weeks. I'm sure the firmness of my left leg will really be great, but the right one....

I am SO sorry, that really sucks!
How did you break it?
Can you still do some upper body exercises? Perhaps sitting down since your balance will be off? Maybe this is a good time to focus on those darn triceps?!
Hoping you have a quick and painless recovery sweetie! Hugs, Sandy

Codie -
I think most of us are in the same boat as you, losing S-L-O-W! The "honeymoon" is definitely over, the weight is no longer dropping off, I'm having to fight for every pound these days.
Two things that are keeping me going are (1) I so want to be DONE with the weight loss mode of my life, and I don't want to be there EVER AGAIN! I'm ready to be in maintenance mode and stay THERE for the rest of my life! And (2) I'm hoping to have plastic surgery in September and I want to be at my goal weight! I don't see the sense in having breast reduction and TT if I am not at my goal, and September will be here SOON!
So evaluate your cir****tances and figure out what motivation will get you to GOAL! Good luck! Hugs, Sandy (268/158/136)

Codie- I am the same place you are- just don't give up- this has been like a wake up call for me- am I drinking as much water as I should? Is there a protein shake included daily? Am I grazing? Hang in there- Victoria

Well I am on a MAJOR plateau! I can't seem to lose any more weight! I am getting a little discouraged. Is this normal? I haven't lost any weight in about a month!! ARGH! I have lost a total of 105 and feel GREAT about it. However, I want to see some sort of sign that more will come off! I am not ready to call it quits yet! Thanks for listening!
