I feel like I'm in a bit of a rut so thanks for the ideas. I went out and bought the Wasa crackers last night (Thanks Laura!) Where do I buy the miso soup? Here are some of my favorite things: I don't buy alot of convenience foods but I couldn't live without my South Beach protein bars. Love the peanut butter, cinnamon raisin and chocolate are great too depending on my mood. I've been making fabulous little wraps for lunch with some tortillas I discovered at Safeway. La Tortilla Factory. I've bought garlic and herb flavor, green onion flavor and original wheat. They're only 50 calories each, 3 net carbs and 9 whopping grams of fiber! And YUMMY! Tuna salad with a little Hellman's light mayo and chopped dill pickles and olives to give it some CRUNCH! Sometimes I add old bay seasoning. Can't wait to try this with my new Wasa crackers. Poach chicken breasts and toss with a little Hellman's light mayo and Hormel crumbled bacon (from a resealable pouch, get it at Costco). Sometimes I also add slivered almonds for extra CRUNCH! Greek omelette - one of my favorite easy dinners - saute spinach, onions, tomato, add egg and when egg is "set" add feta cheese, SO GOOD! Fajitas - Cut chicken breasts into strips, marinate if desired (watch for hidden carbs, usually sugar, in your marinade!) and grill. Serve with lots of sauteed peppers (green, yellow and red), shredded cheese, chopped tomato, avocado, light or fat free sour cream. Skip the tortillas or use a LC tortilla like the one mentioned above. Also can use lean steak and/or shrimp. Shish-ke-bobs - so simple! Chicken, beef or shrimp and veggies on a skewer, grill and enjoy! Buffalo Chicken Wings - I'm making this tomorrow night when my son comes home from college. I buy a 10 pound bag of wings from Costco and keep in freezer, CHEAP! Or buy wings from meat counter, cut off and throw away wing tip and split remaining portion into drummette and wing portion. Bake in oven for 45 min. to an hour or til done. Turn frequently or they will stick. Then toss in bowl with hot sauce, I like Texas Pete's. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing (I like Marie's light blue cheese) and a side salad. That's it for now, sorry to go on and on! That's what happens when I talk about one of my favorite subjects . . . FOOD, haha! P.S. Chipotle sauce! Just discovered this on Saturday! It's amazing, so good and no calories, no carbs. Hugs, Sandy (268/160/136)

Wow we are all doing so good! My surgery date was 9/22/04. I weighed in at 444. As of last friday I was 294 for a total of -150 lbs gone. 225 is surgeon's goal and 160 is my goal. But he said when I hit 225 we would look at plastic surgery cause of the size that I was, I will have lots of lbs of excess skin. Jo
