I'm so sorry, that sounds yucky! How would you have gotten a bacterial infection?
Well I was thinking . . . could you have a hernia by any chance? I have a massive abdominal hernia and have twinges of pain from time to time when I exercise too hard. Good luck and let us know how you're doing! Hugs, Sandy

Hi Everyone,
Ok, it's been a while since i've posted anything, but i hope all is well with everyone. I do have a question though about lower abdomen pain. Have any of you experienced this and what could it possibly be? I thought maybe it was gas pains or maybe pains from not having a BM in a few days, but, that happened and i was still having the pains. At times it feels like period cramps and other times it feels like someone is sticking me with a sharp object in my belly. I went to the doctor last week and she thought maybe i had a bacterial infection, so i took antibiotics for that, but the pain is still there. At times it hurts badly, and other times it barely hurts at all. Any ideas as to what it could be?? Any help would be appreciated.

Hey gang! I just had one of these for lunch--Savory Beef and Cheesy Broccoli. 28 grams of protein, 13 carbs and 240 calories. It was just so-so. Very filling but not what I'd call delicious, especially considering the price, $3. I had one last week, some kind of roast pork with pecans (or some other nut). It was also OK, not great. I think the Lean Cuisines are better. Hugs, Sandy

Hi Doreen,
Yes, I have brusing. I have bruises all over my arms & legs. And I am like you, I wake up and there they are. No clue how I got them. I was told that it could be several things. B-12 too high, Iron too low.. I don't know, lol cause I have cut back on the B-12 and started an iron suppliment. And still there are unexplained burising.

Topic: Bruising?
Is anyone else experiencing bruising on their legs and arms? I wake up and find new ones all over me. The ones on my legs are huge and dark colored while the ones on my arms look like someone just grabbed me. They do not hurt, but I was just wondering if anyone else is going thru this. Any input would be welcome.

I too am curious as to how I will handle the summer heat if it ever gets here. In Massachusetts its freaking cold still. We have had rain all this past weekend and on Monday. Since its Tuesday its finally getting into the 60's. I find I am always freezing. My hands are like icicles and I still use my electric blanket at night. My hubby sweats while I am snuggled under my blankets.
It will be an interesting summer.
