Topic: The Little Mermaid----> ME!
I am so thrilled because today I discovered I have LEGS! I actually wore a denim skirt with my shirt tucked in and even wore a belt with pantyhose and modified heels to work today. I can't even tell you the last time I wore a skirt/dress let alone above my knee; and pantyhose that actually DID NOT cut into my thighs. I no longer have to wear the just my size panties or stockings and went from a size 3X to a size B in the Leggs pantyhose!!!! 
My legs look so thin that I actually feel like Ariel from the Little Mermaid when she loses her Mermaid tail and discovers she has legs. I got so many wonderful compliments and even caught some of the male faculty checking me out. Oh what a wonderful feeling!

Marianne - I have been FREEZING since my surgery! Granted, it was a cold winter and has been a chilly spring til now but I can never seem to get warm, except for spring break when I visited my mom in West Palm. She thought I was nuts, after a few days I kept exclaiming "I'm finally warm, I'm finally warm!"
I too have been wondering what the summer will feel like since I was always hot and sweaty, yuck, and I always wanted to house to feel like a meat locker and my husband and I would argue over the thermostat!

Happy belated Mother's Day to all the moms from September '04 (and any other lurkers!).
My day started with my little 8 year old, Jaymie, bringing me a Cinnamon Raisin South Beach Protein bar on a china plate with a cup of Crystal Light. How adorable is that?
We went to Annapolis for the day, it was beautiful, sunny and warm. Hubby took a photo of me down by the water and we sent it in last night to photos @ obesityhelp.com for my profile so one day soon I will no longer be the mystery post-er!
How did everyone else celebrate the day?

Thank you. There are some Michael's stores in OKC, which is about an hour away. I can go there.
Is the paint in a spray can or quart can???
I found on the internet that krylon makes a magnetic paint that you can paint over, but I can't find anyone who sells it.

Do you have a Michaels near you. We sell magnetic paint at our store. You can then paint the chalkboard paint on top of it. The magnetic paint works really good but you probably need at least two coats of it.
