Topic: RE: Thoughts on reaching goal?
Sue - You are definitely eating more "normally" than I am. I wonder if that will ensure you having an easier time adjusting when you reach goal. Possibly. As you know I'm on 800 cal. a day, 70 g. of protein and 30 carbs, no bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, beans, and very little fruit. I have no clue what diet my surgeon will advise when I reach my goal, I haven't asked! It seemed so far away, but now, not so much! I'm hoping to reach my goal by the end of June or early July. My PS consult is June 24 and I'm hoping for PS in September. As far as photos, I feel like a big dummy. I asked my husband to help me post photos. I'm not clever on the computer but he is. And he couldn't figure it out! What's wrong with us? How hard could it be? We have photos on disks and in an online album. How do we do it??? Signed, Helpless in Maryland 268/164.5/136

I am only 7lbs away from being a Big Loser (100lbs) and only 25 lbs away from my own personal goal. I thought that when I was a "bad eater", I just blew it and gave up, well, thank God that my 2 month 151 lb record is finally broken. I never thought I could ever ever get out of the 150's. I am just really happy and thought I would share that milestone with you. I have lost a total of 93 lbs all together. OH HAPPY DAY! ****HUGE SMILES**** Erin

Unfortunately my "stinkys" come from the other end. I totally gross my hubby out...Its hysterical since he is the King of Farts and prides himself of being the owner of the stinkiest (yes, we are a weird family)...ROFL...Move over, the Queen of Stink is in charge....ROFL.... Erin

I hear you there. My collar bones are noticeable. Also, when I sit and some positions sleeping, my tail bone sticks into the chair or bed. Its kinda uncomfortable but its letting me know its there. LOL. Erin
