Hi all, I have had the hardest time finding a protein powder that I can tolerate. They all have had this awful aftertaste and smell to me that I couldn't get myself to gag them down. Well now my struggle is over and I thought I would share it with all of you. I absolutely LOVE IDS MultiPro WHey Isolate flavors. I have the Cappucino, banana and my most favorite, Cinnamon-Vanilla. The Cinnamon-vanilla tastes like rice pudding to me (not thick, and without the rice)...a great after taste. One has to order via the internet, but they are very reasonable in price. I was iron deficient before surgery - so that didn't surprise if I was gonna be the same or worse. I take this iron pill called SLOW FE. It doesn't cause constipation or anything..been taking it for quite a while. My whole vitamin regime is 2 Children's chewable, Viactiv chew, B150, Slow Fe (and I also take 2 small chromonium piccolinate).
