Hey G! Nice A$$! We can say that here I'm so happy for you, your pictures show your amazing changes even when we can't see them ourselves. That's why I love sharing mine and seeing everyone else's. It makes it real to me! Love, Sue

Hi J, I'm glad to hear from you again, it's been cool seeing posts from so many of our september buds who haven't been here in a while. You know me, I am one of the slower losers as well, and I know it can be a little maddening some times. I too agree with you that there's probably not much I can do to make things go faster. It sounds like you are following the rules better than I am. I definitely slip up here and there. I just hope that even if things are going slower than you'd like, that your weight loss continues and you eventually get to where you want to be. That's what I'm counting on, and I say this after my second week in a row with a .25 lb loss. I just want to keep inching my way down. Stick with me and we'll be turtles together who eventually get there. Don't apologize for being a downer either, we all have days where we get frustrated and find it hard to see the big picture. Love, Sue

Amybeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Welcome back! You are doing great!!! I agree with you that this is the best thing that I've ever done for my health as well. As for the slip ups... I think lots of us have them, at least now we can deal with it, unlike before surgery. Love, Sue

Hey Leslie, Thanks for sharing with us some of what you are going through. We all learn from each other and hopefully can help each other get through the hard stuff, and you've got more than your share of the hard stuff! Just wanted you to know I'm thinking of you and hope you feel a little better each day. Love, Sue

Welcome back Erin! You are doing great! We are about a pound or two apart, but you've lost more than I have. I was wondering how Doreen and J Goldinger and Weezie were too, I'm glad you got a couple of them to check in at least! As far as your question about exercising at home, I would agree with the others about a good dvd or two, walking and the big exercise ball. I use the ball even at the gym and you can look online and find many different exercises to do with it. It is fun and it builds core strength, which makes us burn more calories even while at rest. Stick around this time, we want you to hang out with us more often and share your insight. I am on here pretty much every day (I'm sure some would say too much) but this board helps me out immeasurably. Love, Sue

Congrats Manda Less boobies ( . )( . ) Less back pain! I've read that calcium supplements can help with weight loss, so I agree that it's so important to take them for bones and other benefits! Hope you're well today! Love, Sue

Topic: Testing the Waters---> Must STOP!
This weekend I went to a party and tested the waters a bit. I am so aggrivated with myself because I had some Dorito's, glazed walnuts and sampled some Confirmation cake. I am worried that I will become addicted to the Doritos because I now find myself craving them. How do I break this quickly established junk food addiction? I don't want to give in because I refuse to go back to where I was before on the scale. I find that I am lately craving salt and when I had the Dorito's they tasted Oh Soooo Good! How do all you post ops handle these cravings as they come along? I was doing so well up until this past week, if I was sill menstruating you would think I was PMSing. Please help before I become totally hooked. Thanks Marianne
