Topic: RE: Is anyone else exhausted?
I'm glad you asked this question. I was feeling like a wimp. I'm 3 weeks out and have noticed the same thing. I'll feel great and have lots of energy so I'll go out for a couple hours, then it's like I hit a wall and am so exhausted I have to nap. I started pureed foods 3 days ago and haven been having a really hard time getting all my proteins in. I'm getting in 2-3 ounces of food, but that just doesn't add up to much protein. I'm supplementing with protein drinks for snacks, but every time I do things (light house cleaning, walking, etc.) I end up falling asleep shortly after that and it's really cutting into my eating/drinking time to get those proteins in. I'm glad to hear that it should get better in a few weeks. I'll never be able to get through the work week this way and I got back on Monday.

Hey Kevin,
I am glad you are feeling better and losing, you go boy! Hey quick question for you, how did you know you had an ulcer, I mean did you have any symptons or anything?
Topic: Questions about Vertical Sleeve
I had the Vertical Sleeve on October 24 and I still don't feel all that great. I had to have an open operation and I was wondering if anyone else has had the surgery and felt the same way. I don't throw up but I do. I can't seem to get enough to drink and I don't get hungery. How long does this last? It seems like I have been going through this forever.

Wow...how has it been in the last week, Kevin? Yikes...how does one prevent that from happening? I'm two weeks post-op and pretty scared of all the "stuff" that can happen. Hey - congrats on your 51+ pounds. THAT is wonderful!
