I am officially pre-op...
1. Is anybody still losing???
I lose about 1 or 2 pounds every other month or so. I am working to drop at least 10 more in the next 3 months though for a cruise. So I am up'ing my excerise and protien.
2. Does your life feel very busy???
Some days I can't slow down and others I am still a lump on the couch.
3. Are you more assertive???
Oh yeah. It kinda ****** some people off at work but whatever. I was way too quiet in my previous life.
4. Do you have new goals??
Yup, plastics. A tummy tuck and a boob lift are in my future.
5. What comlications have you had??
I had a stricture early on that went undiagnosed and caused me alot of issues. Once that was taken care of, life has been grand.

Posting last but did my 40 mins exercise. yesterday. 4/27.
Put me down for 35 mins exercise today. Already finished this morning. It's really something to be said about morning exercise. I get up in the morning and sweat like its raining; then if I don't get to exercise this evening it's okay because goal accomplished. But if I do get to exercise this evening it's like icing on the cake. ( no cake)
