take all the ingredants in a list form - go to fitday .com and type them in and get the total cal. fat protien anything else you might be interested in than total each thing up - add all the cals. in one colume all the fat in the next and so on. then divide it by 8 or 12 or 4 or whatever you plan on/did eat and presto you have all your infro
I do this a lot b/c I tend to change recipes a lot or make them up LOL and have to track everything

I mesure EVERYTHING!! but I am compulsive
however it is amazing howmuch food can "grow" after we stop mesuring things - one ounce of meat is normally equal to your index finger. but cheese is more like a single die I think - I have heard that but I always either mesure mine by the shave on the scale or buy an 8 oz block and cut it evenly as soon as I open it.
my nut is adament about mesuring things b/c "dishonesty with ones self will lead to weight gain"
you sound like you can eat all kinds of things now - that is way cool.
